I Am Building The 'IBuildIt' Bench Grinder

I have been using a belt sander to make my knives. Although it does an adequate job with everything, it is not ideal.

So, taking this into account, I am constructing the 'IBuildIt' 2 x 72 inch Belt Grinder found Here.

I have cut the parts, and drill the holes and painted the wood.

I am waiting on the shaft collars, bearings and steel shaft. It will be a process for sure, but in time, I will have a great machine to make the bevels on my knives.
