Aluminum Handles Now?

I found a piece of aluminum the other day and decided to make a knife handle out of it. I cut out the scales to rough shape, then epoxied them to the blank. I then proceeded to snad and grind them to their finished shape. I think it works! This one is very sharp.

Looks nice and clean and I coated the handle with some Tremclad Oil-Based clear coat for protection.

The second one I finished today was a meat and potatoes kind of knife with a big ol' handle made out of oak. Very sharp as well. I used my trusty Lansky sharpening system to give them both a good cutting edge.

Of course, as with the others you see here, they are all for sale.
