Handle Is Attached

You may remember from my previous post how I designed a knife, I called the sjø kniv (pronounced shook neev), or sea knife.

I polished it yesterday and today I cut out the scales for the handle.  I used some birch (I think) for them and cut them to a rough size before using some 5 minute epoxy to attach them to the blank. Tomorrow I will sand it, and finish it off using some danish oil.
